Complaints related to any mechanical damage incurred during transportation will be considered only if there was a complaint form filled in in the presence of the deliverer.
If a return / exchange is not accepted, the goods will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be charged with the shipment costs.
If the customer fails to pick up the parcel which is then returned to us, then the customer will be required to cover the shipment cost of re-sending the parcel.
