Collaboration Regulations with ROOM 69 Agency
(hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”

 

1. General Provisions

These regulations define the terms of collaboration between ROOM 69 Agency and individuals (hereinafter “Participant”) who take part in recordings, productions, or other activities carried out by the Agency.

Participation in any form of collaboration with the Agency constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

The Agency operates in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Germany, and its offer is directed at adults, regardless of age, gender, appearance, orientation, or origin.

2. Forms of Collaboration

The Agency offers different forms of collaboration:

  • One-time collaboration – participation in a single production.

  • Short-term collaboration – participation in several productions over an agreed period.

  • Long-term / ongoing collaboration – regular participation in the Agency’s projects.

Participants may record content:

  • Independently, at home, in an office, workplace, or outdoors, providing the material to the Agency for professional editing and distribution;

  • Directly on a film set organized by the Agency.

The Agency also cooperates with adult film producers in the UK, Poland, and Germany, allowing Participants additional promotion opportunities.

3. Participation Requirements

Collaboration is available only to adults who complete identity verification and provide:

  • A valid ID document,

  • Written consent for publication and distribution of materials.

The Agency reserves the right to refuse collaboration without giving a reason.

Participants may take part in recordings:

  • Individually,

  • In a duo with their own partner,

  • In a duo or group with actors collaborating with the Agency.

4. Material Security

ROOM 69 Agency makes every effort to ensure the highest level of material security.

All source materials are stored on separate physical media, not connected to the Internet, minimizing the risk of theft or unauthorized access.

Access to materials is limited to authorized Agency personnel only.

5. Right to Withdraw Materials

Participants have the right to withdraw consent for public distribution of their materials at any time.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing or electronically (with a digital signature).

The Agency commits to removing the material from public distribution within 72 hours of receiving the formal request.

Withdrawal entails:

  • Suspension of payment for periods after withdrawal;

  • No liability for content previously downloaded, saved, or shared by third parties before removal;

  • No possibility of recovering content already distributed independently of the Agency (e.g., private copies of viewers).

6. Compensation

Payments are made:

  • Standard – once a month,

  • In special cases – weekly or on the day of recording in the studio (*).

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to the designated account,

  • Cash (only for recordings carried out in the Agency’s studio).

Compensation is individually determined based on the type and scope of collaboration.

7. Material Distribution

Materials produced by the Agency may be published:

  • On international adult portals,

  • As DVD films,

  • As downloadable video files online.

The duration and method of distribution are agreed individually. Participants receive compensation for the entire availability period of the material according to the terms specified in the contract.

8. Changes to Regulations

The Agency reserves the right to change these regulations at any time.

Participants will be informed of changes electronically at least 7 days before they take effect.

The current version of the regulations is always available at the Agency’s headquarters and on the official website.

Continuing collaboration after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new regulations.

9. Liability

The Agency is not responsible for:

  • Actions of third parties regarding content downloaded or distributed directly by the Participant;

  • Indirect damages resulting from participation in productions.

​

10. Final Provisions

All matters not regulated by these regulations are subject to individual arrangements between the Agency and the Participant.

For cash payments, the Agency may require prior scheduling of the collection of funds.
